For the month of August, we will be sending cards to patients at the Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus Ohio. Fill out this form to write a greeting card, with little words of kindness.
1 hour of service
For every 3 letters
Proof of hours will be sent at the end of the month. Of course, you can fill out the form as many times as you like!
